We’re excited to create something special just for you! Because every item is made to order through our Printful fulfillment partners, our return process is tailored to balance both quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
30-Day Return Window (Defective or Wrong Item Only)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues such as:
• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect item, size, or print compared to your order
To start a return, contact us at info@designalifestyle.store with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product issue
• A brief description of the problem
If the claim is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for the next steps.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because each product is custom-made after you place an order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
• Sale items or gift cards
• Products without manufacturing defects
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
We only replace items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
Custom or Personalized Items
Customized and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
All personalization details must be checked carefully before confirming your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, please email info@designalifestyle.store within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos showing the defect or damage
• A short explanation of the issue
We will work with Printful, our fulfillment partner, to either remake or refund the item.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you can place a new order once your refund or replacement is confirmed.
International Orders & Regional Consumer Rights
At RB Designa Co, we proudly ship to customers all over the world.
Our primary fulfillment regions are Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, where most orders are produced and delivered fastest through our trusted partner Printful.
Worldwide Delivery Coverage
We ship internationally, and your order will always include a tracking number once it has been dispatched.
Delivery times outside our primary regions may vary depending on distance, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.
European Union Customers – Cooling-Off Period
If you are based in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period under EU consumer law.
However, this right does not apply to products made specifically to your order (such as our custom print-on-demand apparel and accessories).

Refund Processing
Once your return claim is approved and inspected, you’ll receive:
• A confirmation email, and
• A refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@designalifestyle.store.
Return Address
Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive the appropriate return location (usually a Printful fulfillment center) via email.
