Shipping Policy

Welcome to RB Designa Co’s Shipping Policy. This document explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders through our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are made-to-order, not pre-stocked.

Printful’s average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days, though it may vary with order volume or complexity.

Once your order is fulfilled (printed + packaged), it’s handed off to a carrier for delivery.
2. Shipping Costs & Calculation

Shipping costs are not included in the product price — they are calculated separately based on destination, product category, weight, and packaging.

Printful groups products into shipping categories. If two different categories are in one order, their single-product shipping rates are added together.

In your store, we may offer flat rates per region or adjusted rates based on Printful’s fixed rates.

When we use flat rates, Printful chooses the carrier with the best balance of speed and cost.
3. Shipping Regions & Estimate Delivery Times
Primary Regions (Big 5): Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada
These areas are prioritized because Printful has fulfillment centers near or in these regions, giving us better control over speed and cost.
Estimated Delivery Times (Fulfillment + Transit):

Domestic (Australia): typically 5–10 business days

USA / Canada / UK / NZ: 7–15 business days

Other international regions: 10–25+ business days, depending on location and customs
Note: EU customers also have a 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) right, though that does not apply to custom print-on-demand items. (See Refund Policy)
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the buyer’s country. These are not included in our shipping cost.

The recipient (customer) is generally responsible for these charges.

We recommend including your phone number on your order — it helps carriers complete deliveries and avoid delays.
5. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier name via email.

You can monitor shipping status via the tracking link.

If your tracking shows delays or issues, contact us at info@designalifestyle.store and we will assist.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us promptly so we can investigate with Printful and the carrier.

We coordinate with Printful and carriers to rectify issues (resend, refund, etc.) depending on the case and their policy.
7. Combined & Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple parcels, especially if items are fulfilled from different Printful locations.

Shipping costs may appear combined or as separate charges.

We aim to minimize customer confusion by showing only one shipping cost and noting “some items may ship separately at no extra cost.”
8. Free Shipping & Thresholds

We may offer free shipping thresholds (e.g. for orders over a certain value).

Free shipping still requires items to be fulfilled and shipped — it does not mean zero cost to us; it means we absorb the shipping cost.
9. Shipping Restrictions

We disclaim liability if a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Some remote or restricted regions may not be serviceable or may incur extra fees.

For such locations, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
